Litigation Attorney (Winston-Salem, NC)

Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC is currently seeking an experienced litigation attorney to work in its Winston Salem, North Carolina office. Qualified candidate will have three (3) to six (6) years' experience in commercial litigation.

Qualified candidate must have an excellent academic record, a strong work ethic, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects.

Candidate must be licensed in North Carolina. South Carolina or Florida license is a plus.

Traditional Labor Attorney (Winston-Salem, NC; Charleston, WV; Morgantown, WV; or Pittsburgh, PA office)

Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC is currently seeking an experienced traditional labor attorney. Qualified candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience. Qualified candidate will also have some familiarity with employment matters.

Attorney will have opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country. Attorney may work from our offices in Winston-Salem, NC; Charleston, WV; Morgantown, WV; or Pittsburgh, PA. Remote working may be considered with at least 3 days per week in the office.

Candidate must have active Bar license in one state, and be willing to become barred in North Carolina, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, or Florida.
