Mr. Marsteller’s primary areas of practice are creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and collections.
Experience
- Representing creditors through all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts in West Virginia, Florida, and Alabama
- Representing clients in commercial collection litigation and consumer collection litigation
- Assisting clients with commercial counterclaim defense; insurance subrogation actions (motor vehicle accidents, product liability, negligent construction, etc.); judgment enforcement proceedings; foreign judgment domestication actions; secured transactions; replevin/detinue actions; and creditor bankruptcy representation
