Ms. Aderholt’s primary areas of practice are corporate and transactional law and litigation.

Experience

• Negotiating and drafting commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, contracts, and other agreements related to use of commercial real estate
• Providing general corporate legal oversight to a commercial real estate investment firm with properties spanning 14 states
• Acquiring land and mineral interests and managing general land operations on behalf of multiple large coal, oil, and gas companies, including a Fortune 500 company and the top producing underground coal companies in the United States
• Conducting due diligence on behalf of energy and investment clients seeking to buy and sell interests
• Defending clients in claims including personal injury, premises liability, and professional liability
• Representing a wide variety of clients including doctors, a major university hospital system, and the insureds of most major insurance companies
