With decades of experience, Michael brings deep knowledge in estate planning and administration, business succession planning, and general corporate law. She also advises clients on a range of commercial transactions, including the formation, dissolution, sale, and merger of business entities. Her addition enhances Spilman’s capabilities in serving individuals, families, and businesses across North Carolina and beyond.
