Winston-Salem, N.C. — Spilman Thomas & Battle (Spilman) announced that Annalee N. Blanks has joined the law firm as an Associate in its North Carolina office.
Blanks focuses her practice on litigation, with particular emphasis on commercial and construction litigation, fiduciary disputes, and commercial collections. Her experience also includes negotiating and drafting commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and a variety of commercial contracts.
