- Coordinating, supervising, and conducting foreclosure sales of commercial and industrial properties throughout West Virginia on behalf of local, regional and national financial institutions and government agencies, including commercial office buildings, apartment complexes, gasoline stations and convenience stores, saw mills, manufacturing facilities, and warehouses
- Coordinating, supervising and conducting residential foreclosures
- Participating in the prosecution of judicial foreclosures in non-power-of-sale jurisdictions
- Guiding clients with prosecution and defense of mechanics' lien actions
