Ms. Burch is project manager for The Battle Group and has significant experience managing both paper and electronic discovery and designing and implementing databases used to support litigation. Ms. Burch serves as a liaison between attorneys and IT in cases involving e-discovery, and she routinely handles communications with vendors, manages review teams and coordinates productions. She also consults regarding best practices for Spilman attorneys in order to increase value and minimize client costs.

  • Has worked on a broad range of cases, including deliberate intent, products liability, accounting malpractice, class actions, breach of contract, toxic tort, medical monitoring, banking, legal malpractice and employment litigation
  • Member of the firm’s Technology Committee and the firm’s E-Discovery Practice Group
