  • Advising and representing clients in commercial litigation, including creditors' rights, landlord-tenant matters, regulatory compliance issues, contract disputes, insurance defense, and products liability defense
  • Advising and representing clients in employment compliance and litigation, such as wage and hour issues, FMLA, EEOC matters, and the full array of federal and state discrimination laws 
  • Representing clients in family law matters, primarily in actions for divorce, support, and equitable distribution
  • Advising clients on data privacy law matters
