  • Serving as liaison counsel for manufacturers in mass tort litigation in federal and state courts
  • Serving as lead counsel in commercial disputes
  • Defending hospitals, individuals and corporations in health care litigation, both civil and criminal
  • Litigating cases regarding hospital privileges
  • Representing clients in Medicare and Medicaid fraud and abuse cases
