Mr. Georgitis is a litigator, with extensive experience defending medical professionals and facilities for malpractice claims, experience in complex commercial litigation, insurance defense and trucking litigation. He has tried numerous cases to a successful jury verdict.

    • Representing clients in commercial litigation covering all aspects of contract and commercial disputes
    • Representing clients in virtually all substantive areas of civil litigation, including partnership disputes, lender liability, foreclosures, estate disputes, personal injury defense and property disputes
    • Advising and representing businesses on employment law matters
    • Representing employers with regard to workers’ compensation matters
    • Tried numerous cases to a jury verdict in commercial disputes
 
  • Insurance Defense
    • Significant experience representing clients in professional liability matters, including medical professionals with regard medical malpractice issues and residential/long-term care facilities 
    • Representing insurance clients in a variety of litigation
    • Tried numerous cases to jury verdict in insurance, professional liability, and medical malpractice matters
 
  • Trucking Litigation

    • Assisting clients with the initial on-site investigation and gathering of essential facts in the hours/days following an accident, through filing a lawsuit and defending clients at trial
    • Serving as lead counsel in more than 65 jury trials that involve catastrophic and fatal injuries
    • Advising and defending trucking and motor carriers in all aspects of their business, particularly when an accident occurs
