  • Represented companies including national nursing home company, gas-fired hot water heater manufacturer and tobacco company in death and injury litigation
  • Representing class of approximately 140,000 consumer claimants in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings
  • Representing landowners and business owners in highway and gas pipeline condemnation litigation
  • Representing real estate purchasers, sellers, brokers and agents in disputes relating to purchase contracts, options, leases, specific performance, commissions, condemnation and suits to quiet title
  • Representing water/amusement park owners in construction claims against coaster manufacturer for catastrophic failure
  • Representing engineers in municipal water system failure litigation
  • Prosecuting video rental late fees litigation resulting in nationwide class action settlement
  • Trying numerous cases to jury verdicts and resolving various claims involving car, truck, RV, and heavy equipment sales and leasing
  • Representing insurers and insureds in coverage matters, excess liability matters, and first- and third-party bad faith claims
  • Defending and prosecuting employers in cases claiming discrimination based on race, sex, age and disability
  • Defending and prosecuting cases for breach of employment agreements, wrongful discharge, covenants not to compete and confidentiality agreements
  • Representing public employees before administrative governmental boards regarding various employment matters, grievances, progressive discipline, etc.
