  • Assisting in intellectual property matters, including preparing and prosecuting trademark applications, researching patents and examining patentability of proposed inventions
  • Assisting in real property matters, including preparing lease agreements, right-of-way agreements, easement agreements, and purchase and sale agreements
  • Performing oil and gas title examinations and drafting corresponding title opinions
