  • Defending clients against personal injury, wrongful death and products liability claims, including deliberate intent and premise liability lawsuits in toxic tort litigation
  • Representing a manufacturing client in FAA airspace safety negotiations related to construction at facility
  • Defending manufacturers, suppliers, employers and premise owners in asbestos litigation in West Virginia since 2005
