Experience
- Consulting with startups and established businesses in the United States and European Union as outside legal counsel
- Advising service and web-based enterprises in sectors such as AdTech, digital marketing, blockchain, e-commerce, digital media and entertainment, SaaS, and mobile apps
- Negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial transactions such as licensing, service agreements, and web policies
- Managing intellectual property portfolios, including trademark and copyright registrations, protection, and licensing, as well as prosecuting and defending domain name disputes under the UDRP
- Working with organizations on privacy and cybersecurity matters, including data governance, regulatory compliance with the GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, federal and state regulatory regimes, and data breach and incident response and reporting
- Serving as in-house counsel for a multinational technology company in Barcelona, Spain
