Skill Game Operator Wins High-Stakes Trademark & Contract Case
A skill game operator in Pennsylvania recently won a lengthy, high-stakes trademark and contract case. A federal jury determined that our client had the rights to their business name and that a former operator willfully and unlawfully copied and tried to trademark that name.
