Construction Matter Dismissed
Spilman recently had a successful resolution of a contract matter for a New England-based construction industry client, in which the plaintiff agreed to accept a fraction of the amount it sought and agreed to dismiss the matter and release the UCC liens held on virtually all of our client's property. The client expressed that the outcome the Spilman team obtained exceeded its expectations.
