— Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC (Spilman) announced that Steven W. Lee
has joined the law firm as an associate in its Harrisburg office.
Lee's primary areas of practice at Spilman are utility law, energy law, and litigation. He represents various large commercial and industrial clients in electricity, natural gas, water, and wastewater proceedings before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Public Service Commission of West Virginia, and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
He earned his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude
, from Villanova University, his master's degree from Johns Hopkins University, and his law degree from Villanova University.
Lee previously served as Judicial Intern to the Honorable Petrese B. Tucker for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as Judicial Extern to the Honorable Leonard P. Stark, Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
