Potter, a member in the firm’s Wheeling

. She focuses her practice on general litigation
and white-collar criminal defense. She is admitted to practice in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Spilman, Potter served as the United States Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia.
