Andrew P. Arbogast
, a Member, will continue to serve as Chair of the firm's Litigation Department. His primary area of practice is litigation defense, including toxic tort litigation, medical monitoring, product liability, deliberate intent and mass tort litigation. He earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from West Virginia University. He also attended the Trial Advocacy Institute at the University of Virginia.
Amy King Condaras
, also a Member, will continue to serve as Chair of Spilman's Corporate Department. Also a CPA, her primary areas of practice are public finance, commercial lending, private equity and general corporate matters. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond and her law degree from Washington and Lee University.
