Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC is pleased to announce that attorney Bryce J. Hunter
has joined the firm. His primary area of practice is banking and financial services law, including securities law, finance transactions, creditors’ rights and debt restructuring.
Hunter represents and counsels financial institutions on banking regulatory compliance and securities matters, including Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank. He has extensive experience representing financial institutions, public and private companies, and individuals in a wide variety of corporate matters, including corporate governance, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, creditors’ rights and debt collection, tax matters, and regulatory requirements.
In addition to banking and finance matters, Hunter also assists clients in real estate, tax credit financing and franchising matters. He earned his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and his law degree from The College of William and Mary.
