York and Burr both offer extensive experience in representing financial institutions, developers, investors and corporate clients in commercial real estate transactions. This includes development projects, dispositions and leasing. York also has experience in 1031 exchanges, along with construction and permanent financing.
York has been recognized as a member of the “Legal Elite” in real estate by Business North Carolina
Magazine. He is admitted to practice in North Carolina and has clients across the state. He earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Burr received her undergraduate degree from Wittenberg University and her law degree from the Wake Forest University School of Law. She also is admitted to practice law in North Carolina and serves clients throughout the state.
