was reelected to a two-year term on Spilman’s Management Committee, continuing his service as Member in Charge of Client Services.

Iskra also serves as Chair of Spilman’s Labor and Employment Practice Group
. His practice encompasses trial work and litigation, with an emphasis on labor and employment, employment class actions, health care and disability, and complex matters.
A member of the American Bar Association, he currently is serving as the Program Chair of the Employee Rights and Responsibilities Committee. He is a frequent speaker on employment law at national and international programs and is a member of the Board of Trustees for World Services Group and the Clay Center for the Arts & Sciences.
