recently was inducted into the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) as a Fellow.

Georgitis is an experienced commercial litigator, having tried numerous cases to jury verdict. In addition to complex commercial litigation, his practice also focuses on construction law, insurance defense and trucking litigation.
At Spilman, Georgitis co-chairs the Commercial Trucking & Transportation Practice Group and the Nursing Home Practice Group. He also has extensive experience defending professionals and facilities against malpractice claims.
Georgitis earned his undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University and his law degree from the University of Memphis. He is AV Preeminent Peer-Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, again indicating the highest level of excellence in his law practice.
