Pursuant to the Governor's Proclamation of a Disaster Emergency, Governor Wolf has the authority to suspend regulatory obligations where strict compliance will prevent, hinder, or delay necessary action in coping with the COVID-19 emergency.

A business may request a temporary suspension of regulatory requirements and/or permit conditions by filling out the form posted on DEP's website.
