has joined its Winston-Salem, N.C.
office as counsel. Adams will lead the firm’s bankruptcy/creditors’ rights practice in North Carolina. The group is unique in its focus: representing only creditors in bankruptcy matters.

, and commercial disputes and workouts. He has more than thirty years of experience in all aspects of bankruptcy matters and has represented creditors, lessors, committees, debtors, guarantors and trustees in a broad range of matters.
Adams teaches bankruptcy law at Elon University School of Law and is a frequent speaker on related topics. He is board-certified as a Specialist in Business and Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.
