Mr. Titus defends and advises trucking companies and other commercial vehicle operators in litigation and regulatory matters.  His other practice areas include business litigation and products liability defense. The Commercial Trucking and Transportation Practice Group regularly defends litigation in West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
