Tower has joined the firm as a Member.Tower joins the Roanoke office's labor and employment practice and will also assist the Winston-Salem office in labor and employment litigation. He has approximately 15 years of experience representing employers in all areas of labor and employment law.

Tower graduated in 1990 with a B.A. from the University of Virginia. He obtained his J.D. in 1995 from the College of William and Mary School of Law.

He is admitted to practice in Virginia and North Carolina.
