ASSOCIATE JOINS SPILMAN CHARLESTON TEAM

Charleston, W.Va. – Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC is pleased to announce that Charity K. Flynn has joined the firm as an Associate.

Flynn's primary areas of practice are insurance coverage and bad faith, general litigation, insurance law and personal injury litigation.

She received her B.A. in Journalism, summa cum laude, in 2004 from Marshall University. She received her J.D. in 2007 from West Virginia University College of Law.
