Mr. Knobbe's primary areas of practice are commercial litigation, creditors' rights, bankruptcy, appellate litigation and entertainment law.
Representative Experience
- Assists in all aspects of litigation and bankruptcy matters
- Worked as in-house counsel for Shortfuse Recordz, LLC, an up-start record labor in Columbus, OH, with responsibility for drafting and finalizing articles of organization and by-laws for five subsidiary LLCs, as well as drafting and finalizing inter-company agreements to regulate the proper flow of assets between companies while observing corporate formalities; also drafted and negotiated recording contracts with a number of recording artists
