Mr. Moore's primary areas of practice are banking and finance, bankruptcy and creditor's rights, corporate, real estate and wealth management.

Representative Experience

  • Serve as lender's, borrower's and seller's counsel in commercial real estate acquisitions, development, constructions, and asset-based lending
  • Represent secured creditors in troubled loan workouts, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collection matters
  • Represent unsecured creditors in consumer and commercial bankruptcies, including objecting to discharge and dischargability of particular debts
  • Perform due diligence investigations in connection with loans, mortgages and other financial transactions
  • Negotiate, prepare, and review transactional and financing documents and perform due diligence in stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions
  • Counsel clients and prepare documents regarding corporate organization, government, and succession
  • Represent landlords and tenants with respect to negotiation of leases and lease disputes
  • Serve as court-appointed State receiver over multiple businesses to locate, manage and protect assets
  • Counsel clients regarding estate planning matters, including preparation of will, revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, powers of attorney, and other testamentary documents
  • Represent individual and corporate fiduciaries, including executors and trustees, with the various aspects of probate and estate and trust administration
  • Counsel estate heirs or beneficiaries regarding their rights, potential claims, and assisting in litigation, including caveats to enforce those rights and claims
