Ms. King Condaras' primary areas of practice are commercial lending, financial transactions, public finance, and corporate and general business transactions.

Representative Experience

  • Representing agents and lenders in secured and unsecured, syndicated and single-bank financings, including acquisition and leveraged financings
  • Representing secured lenders in troubled loan workouts and restructurings
  • Preparing and negotiating commercial loan documentation and performing due diligence investigations in connection with financial transactions
  • Serving as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel and corporate counsel in tax-exempt healthcare financings
  • Drafting trust indentures, bond indentures, loan agreements, lease agreements and related documents in tax-exempt financings
  • Representing investors in equity investments and venture capital transactions and preparing and negotiating investment agreements and other documents in connection with such transactions
  • Representing businesses in various business transactions including formation, acquisitions and dissolutions
  • Advising clients, drafting and negotiating transactional documents, and performing due diligence investigations in mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions in health care and other industries
  • Drafting corporate bylaws, minutes and resolutions, and otherwise advising clients regarding governance issues in corporations and other entities
