Ms. Terek’s primary area of practice is litigation, including toxic tort; employment discrimination; premises liability; deliberate intention; commercial litigation; trust litigation; medical malpractice; land rights; and product liability, including pharmaceutical products and medical devices.

  • Representing oil and gas entities in personal injury and property dispute litigation

  • Representing lending institutions in receivership and breach of contract actions
