  • Represented water/amusement park owners in construction claims against coaster manufacturer for catastrophic failure

  • Prosecuted video rental late fees litigation resulting in nationwide class action settlement
  • Tried numerous cases to jury verdicts and resolved various claims involving car, truck, RV, and heavy equipment sales and leasing
  • Represented insurers and insureds in coverage matters, excess liability matters, and first- and third-party bad faith claims
