Mr. Helmick's primary areas of practice are corporate general counsel, business expansion, economic development, government relations, and project and public finance.

  • Serving private, public, and quasi-public entities as outside general counsel for corporate matters

  • Representing clients in public-private project financings (including the use of multiple governmental funding sources in conjunction with private funding sources)
