Representative Experience

  • Representing lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions, including drafting and negotiating commercial loan documentation
  • Representing public economic development agency in connection with project financing and loan transactions
  • Serving as outside general counsel for public venture capital fund, including providing advice on equity and subordinated debt transactions
  • Serving as outside general counsel for publicly administered small business lending program
  • Serving as bond counsel and disclosure counsel in tax-exempt financings for governmental entities
  • Representing secured lenders in troubled loan workouts
  • Previously served as in-house counsel for multi-state financial institution, responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on day-to-day bank operations matters, commercial lending matters, litigation matters and governmental and legislative matters
