Mr. Wallace’s primary areas of practice are labor and employment law and general litigation.

Representative Experience

  • Extensive traditional labor law experience, including assisting and advice prior to and during union organizing campaigns and strikes, prosecution and defense of labor litigation in federal court, and representation of employers in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board
  • Representation of employers in all phases of employment litigation. Trial experience on claims of race discrimination, violations of the Uniform Trade Secrets Act and breaches of the duty of loyalty
  • Labor and construction law arbitration work
  • Development of affirmative action plans for employers and defense of compliance audits by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs
  • Strategic advice and counseling of employers on a wide range of labor and employment issues
