Representative Experience
- Represents various large commercial and industrial clients in electricity, natural gas, water and wastewater proceedings before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Public Service Commission of West Virginia, and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
- Represents individual commercial and industrial clients in utility rate negotiations, third-party utility contracts and energy efficiency matters
- Has represented natural gas producers and utilities in pipeline and other regulatory matters
- Assisted in development of the large commercial and industrial litigation position in landmark Pennsylvania Act 129 Energy Efficiency and Conservation Plan proceedings
- Assisted in development of a comprehensive strategy for the replacement and rehabilitation of the water and wastewater infrastructure throughout Pennsylvania in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Statewide Water Infrastructure Task Force
- Presented analysis of the impact of pending climate change legislation before the 2009 Indiana Energy Conference
