- Advise individual clients on substantial transfers of wealth at reduced tax expense
- Advise bank trust departments and individual fiduciaries on their duties and responsibilities in administering trusts and estates, including complex tax issues and estate tax audits by the Internal Revenue Service
- Advise decedent's spouse and potential beneficiaries of their rights to and claims against a decedent's estate, and assistance with litigation to enforce those rights and claims
- Advise businesses and individuals in the acquisition, sale, division and merger of businesses
- Advise tax-exempt entities concerning qualification, tax compliance and planning individual contributions to such entities
