Mr. Haydo's primary areas of practice are trial work and litigation focusing on class actions, complex torts, medical monitoring, products liability and workplace injury.

• Substantial experience defending medical monitoring class actions and mass litigation arising from chemical exposure
• Trial experience defending product liability, negligence and Uniform Commercial Code litigation
• Substantial experience defending deliberate intent actions arising from workplace injuries
• Experience defending allegations of groundwater contamination by parties seeking medical monitoring
• Substantial experience defending civil action and managing written discovery and document production in construction litigation covering over twenty sites in several different states
• Experience litigating white collar civil matter from plaintiff side in federal court
• Significant experience defending business-to-business contract disputes and related fraud and defamation causes of action
