Ms. Griffith's primary area of practice is general civil litigation with special expertise in electronic discovery. Ms. Griffith is a co-leader of the firm's E-discovery Practice Group.

Representative Experience

  • Appearances and argument before administrative boards and state and federal courts
  • Participate in development of defense strategies and coordination of trial plans
  • Coordinate and present comprehensive electronic discovery trainings
  • Provide advice on complex electronic discovery issues in state and federal litigation
  • Participate in all aspects of civil litigation, including the taking and defending of depositions and the drafting of pleadings, discovery and various pretrial motions
