Ms. Greenlief’s primary area of practice is labor and employment law. She also has experience handling a broad range of business and commercial litigation disputes and West Virginia workers' compensation.

  • Works on all types of labor and employment matters
  • Successfully tried to verdict a property damage and nuisance case, obtaining a judgment of 75% liability against the defendant
  • Assisted in preparing for and constructing presentation in application for temporary injunction in high-stakes trade secret theft litigation
  • Litigates workers' compensation at each level of appeal
