Mr. Ferretti's primary areas of practice are corporate, mergers and acquisitions, public finance and health care law.

Representative Experience

  • Drafting transactional documents in stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions
  • Due diligence investigations in mergers, acquisitions and other transactions
  • Participation in tax-exempt and taxable governmental financings 
  • Developing financings for various types of public and private projects and facilities
  • General corporate work for for-profit and nonprofit clients
  • Drafting and negotiating all types of contracts and agreements
  • Advising health care clients on contractual matters and health care laws and regulations 
  • Drafting contracts and advising clients in state-related economic development transactions
  • Experience in operation of nonprofit foundations - served for several years as associate director of nonprofit educational foundation with assets now exceeding $275 million
