  • Counsel and advise clients regarding estate and tax planning matters
  • Prepare estate planning documents including wills; intervivos, testamentary, revocable and irrevocable trusts; charitable remainder and charitable lead trusts; perpetual charitable trusts; and private foundations
  • Counsel and advise clients regarding estate administration matters
  • Represent individuals and corporate fiduciaries in will construction and reformation suits and other estate related matters
  • Represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service in appeals from audit determinations in estate matters
