Representative Experience
- Litigation and trial counsel on federal and state claims of race, sex, religion, age, and disability discrimination, wage and hour, class and collective actions, retaliation, FMLA, and non-compete cases
- Provide strategic advice and counseling to management clients regarding federal, state and local labor and employment laws
- Draft employment policies and employee handbooks, and train management clients on various topics, including anti-discrimination, family and medical leave, and employment eligibility verification
- Assist management clients with compliance with Form I-9 employment eligibility requirements, including conducting training and internal audits, and representing clients before government agencies
- Prepare employment and family based immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions
- Litigation counsel with respect to discovery and collection of electronically stored information
- Provide advice and training on electronic discovery issues, including preservation of information, form of production, and the utilization of electronic discovery vendors and software in appropriate circumstances
