Representative Experience

  • Immigration
    • Represented large IT company in PERM process for immigrant visas and H-1B non-immigrant visas for software programmers
    • Obtained intra-company transferee L-1 visas for senior-level executives of foreign-based energy company after acquisition of U.S. entity
    • Additional experience with family-based I-130/485 immigration petitions and applications, as well as consular processing, naturalization, and refugee, asylum, and VAWA cases
  • Bankruptcy and Corporate
    • Represent debtors, trustees, creditors, and creditor committees in chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases
    • Prosecute and defend preference actions
    • Represent small to mid-size companies through mergers, acquisitions, and refinancing transactions
  • General Litigation
    • Represent clients in state and federal courts at various stages of litigation
    • Assist in discovery and preparation process with electronic document review, drafting motions and briefs, and filing court pleadings
