Mr. Ammar’s primary areas of practice are estate planning and administration, taxation, business succession planning, and retirement planning.

Representative Experience

  • Provide counsel and advice to clients regarding estate and tax planning matters, including issues related to retirement plans and preparation of estate planning documents
  • Provide advice regarding organization of business entities such as corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies
  • Assist clients with the adoption and administration of retirement plans
  • Represent clients with regard to matters before the Internal Revenue Service, including audits and appeals, compliance, and collection matters
  • Assist clients with the organization of tax-exempt entities and other charitable organizations
  • Provide counsel and advice regarding fiduciary matters in the administration of estates and trusts
