• Defending large corporations in potential class actions and individual lawsuits in the area of consumer finance litigation
• Representing and counseling clients regarding the Fair Labor Standards Act, state wage and hour claims, and state wage payment and collection claims
• Representing clients in investigations by the State Attorney General regarding alleged violations of consumer protection laws
